Sketch map of the Pokfulam property Fr. Osouf
(Procureur of the Missions Etrangères de Paris in
Hong Kong) purchased from Mr. J.J.dos Remedios in
June 1873 for $3,000.

The sketch includes the recently completed Pokfulam
reservoir, Douglas Castle (later Nazareth and now
University Hall), the old Police station below
Douglas Castle and the Pokfulam village.

The MEP plot was 1,057,155sq.ft plot (about 24
acres) and extended all the way down to the water's
edge (approx where Cyberport Road runs today).
